Our story...
begins in 2018. Greg Fischer was leading a small team of recruiters and revenue had been stagnant for 3-years. He felt stuck with an impossible problem:
To grow he needed to generate clients, but didn't have the time to do it himself, or the budget to hire a sales team.
The solution: hiring a phenomenally talented offshore employee to spend 40 hours/week doing nothing but sales prospecting.
There were mistakes made... many, many mistakes, but even with those, clients began flooding-in.
Fast-forward several years and revenue increased over 400%. The single "Offshore Employee" had grown in to a full-blown "Business Support" department, representing nearly 40% of the company's employees. Not only did they handle ALL sales prospecting, but they performed sourcing, screening calls, and a wide range of admin functions.
Over the years organizations (both in Staffing and in other Industries) approached Greg, asking if he could help them replicate these results.
It turns-out, he could.
And Impossible made Easy was born.


Our Founder
After a decade of living in Los Angeles, Greg felt like a pine tree in a papaya farm: out of place. In 2022 he joined the Californian exodus to Colorado (very late to the party) and hasn’t looked back.
He now lives in Evergreen, CO with his 4-legged sidekick, Willow, and when he isn’t whipping-up solutions for his clients, typically cannot be found. That’s because he’s as far from digital devices as he can be: hiking, snowboarding, at a music festival, or writing.
